2. Eligibility

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

4.1 Subscription Period

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before renewal.

4.2 Billing and Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for mid-cycle cancellations.

4.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Any price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance and will take effect at the start of your next billing period.

5. Use of Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Violate any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
Transmit any defamatory, offensive, or otherwise objectionable material
Impersonate or attempt to impersonate Outplacer, another user, or any other person or entity

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and all original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Outplacer and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Outplacer's trademarks and trade dress may not be used without prior written consent.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, modify, publish, display, and distribute such content as needed to operate and improve the Service.
